SolarSight is provided free of charge by Uday GeoAnalytics Consultancy Pvt Ltd for the personal use of homeowners considering rooftop solar. By using it you agree to these terms.

An assessment is an indicative estimate produced from satellite irradiance data, published state tariffs and standard engineering assumptions, applied to information you provide about your roof. It is not a survey, a quotation, or an offer to install.

We work to keep our data current, but tariffs, subsidy rules and panel availability change. Figures may differ from what an installer quotes after a site visit. Confirm subsidy eligibility and tariff rates with your DISCOM before committing to a purchase.

We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of an assessment, nor for the conduct of any third-party installer. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bihar.
